Be Green can help you get started on your vegetable garden. Soil is the number one component of a vegetable garden, and needs to be healthy in order to produce healthy vegetables for you. Be Green will work with you to determine the best, most cost-effective method for you to maintain healthy garden soil. Be Green can also work with you to determine the planting schedule for your favorite vegetables. Be Green promotes edible native plants that can be included in your yard, freeing up room in your garden space. Several fruit trees that do well in the Puget Sound area can add to the variety of foods you grow. Be Green also suggests mushrooms for a real variety of harvestable food.

Yard

Be Green can implement any type of yard you desire. From formal to whimsical to functional, Be Green does it all. Our landscape professionals can include any of the following in your yard: edible landscape, vegetable gardens, native plants, stone work, patios, wood structures, privacy barriers, backyard wildlife sanctuaries, drip irrigation, water catchments, rain gardens, and almost anything else you can think of.
